Self-appreciation Week

Learning to value and care for yourself is a crucial step to strive for a happy and successful life.  Regular practice of self-appreciation is essential for emotional health and well-being.  It heightens your self-worth and strengthens your capacity to pursue important goals.

Over 1,400 students and staff participated in the Self-appreciation Week, joined hands to create the giant sand art signifying top strengths of BU.  Apart from appreciating their psychological strengths, participants also had the opportunity to appreciate their physical self through the other two activity booths.
