CCL Record

Students can view their CCL Record on the Student Learning Experience System (SLES).

How to view my CCL record on SLES?

  1. Log in SLES with your SSOid (Single-Sign-On user ID) and password.
  2. Click the top left button for the menu.
  3. Click “My Record”.
  4. View the part of "CCL Record" for a summary of your CCL fulfilment status. Please note that the calculation of fulfilment status is processed every night (c.f. the time of last update), resulting in a 1-day time lapse after the actual confirmed attendance.
  5. Click "Student Learning Experience".
  6. Find your CCL attendance details under the tab of "Co-curricular Activity" and under the section of “CCL Activity Attendance”.

Notes:

  1. CCL attendance records are normally updated by the organisers within 10 working days after the events.
  2. Students are advised to periodically check their CCL record to ensure that their attendance was taken.
  3. To report any missing or miscounted records, please contact the organiser of the CCL event concerned.
  4. If students are unable to reach the organiser, please email to ccl@hkbu.edu.hk with (a) student number and (b) the date and the title of the CCL event concerned.
