The 67th Convocation

Every year, the University organizes the Convocation to welcome new students. The Convocation ceremony marks an important tradition of the University to celebrate the beginning of the academic year. All new students are encouraged to attend the ceremony. At the Convocation, the President and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Alexander Ping-kong WAI, is going to give a welcoming address to new students. Students will be presented with an overview of the mission and vision of the University and its unique campus life. Students attending the Convocation are required to dress properly in undergraduate gown. The collection of gowns for self-financed undergraduate degree programme students will be announced in due course.
