Administered by the Career Centre (CC) of HKBU, the HKBU Externships 100 Scheme* aims to provide a chance for HKBU graduates to gain hands-on work experience from jobs newly created due to digitalization and the surge of creative industries while at the same time to showcase their unlimited potentials to participating employers. 

Under the Scheme, each participating employer can get a maximum monthly subsidy of HK$18,000 (plus 5% MPF), depending on the monthly salary provided by the participating company, capped at twelve months.  The maximum subsidy each participating employer can get for hiring an HKBU 'extern' will be HK$226,800.
