Direct interaction with senior professionals is definitely the most effective and efficient way to know more about a profession. The Career Achievers’ Forum (CAF) aims at providing such platforms for our students so that they can get better prepared for their future workplace. Through a series of small-group and interactive workshops and trainings, students would be able to equip themselves with the necessary skills for the career they are interested in. It also enhances their understandings of business operations.

- Updates on Selection Criteria for Disciplinary Services
- (e.g. Hong Kong Police Force, Immigration Department, Customs and Excise Department, Fire Services Department, Correctional Services Department)
- Preparations for Impromptu Talk, Self-Introduction and Leadership Exercise
- Simulated exercises and review
- Sharing on Physical Fitness Test
- Interview techniques and preparations
- One-to-one/small group evaluation and advices

Trainers’ Biography
Career Achiever: Mr. Raymond MAK
Former Superintendent of the Hong Kong Police Force
Mr. Raymond MAK is a retired police officer who has extensive experience in interview technique, communication and facilitation skills training. With a wealth of operational knowledge and command capability, he was specially assigned as the Chairman of Kowloon City District Working Committee in policing the Parliamentary Conference on World Trade Organization (PCWTO) in 2005. In recognition of his overall professional ability and outstanding service, Mr. MAK was awarded with the Hong Kong Police Medal for Meritorious Service in 2008.
