The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) has launched a new talent development programme, namely Banking Graduate Trainee Programme (the Programme). The Programme aims to nurture and support career development of university graduates in these three areas.

Key Features
Participating banks will offer entry-level job positions in one of the three business / function streams:

i.           Fintech;
ii.          Green and sustainable finance and
iii.         GBA business

Eligibility
Hong Kong residents graduating with a bachelor’s degree or above from local universities and those outside Hong Kong in 2021 or 2022.  Job applications to participating banks will commence on 3 May 2022 (Tuesday) with employment to start on 1 September 2022.
