Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme 2024-25 (Deadline: 6pm of 29 December 2023)

The Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme (HKSES) aims to support Hong Kong students to pursue undergraduate or postgraduate studies at world renowned universities outside Hong Kong, with a view to grooming a top cadre of talents with global vision, international network and world-class education, thereby contributing to enhancing Hong Kong’s competitiveness as Asia’s World City in a globalised knowledge economy. Up to 100 award offers would be made per cohort. All awardees will receive a scholarship of up to HK$300,000 per annum. Awardees with financial needs may additionally be granted a means-tested bursary of up to HK$200,000 per annum.
