Lenovo Global Future Leader Program (Poster)

We have a wonderful program – Global Future Leader Program targeting 2019 graduates in HK universities this year. It is the third cohort of this program in HK. It is appreciated that if you can help share this news to your final year students and encourage them to apply. We will hold a live event in HK in Oct and expect to see more and more HKBU students here!!

WLP, which is one of the initiatives under the Pilot Programme to Enhance Talent Training for the Insurance Sector (Pilot Programme) launched by Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau, aims to provide a 16-month programme to degree or sub-degree holders for understanding the basic know-how, skills and knowledge of the insurance industry, especially in functional areas of insurance business, thorough the workplace and lecture, in order to recruit and nurture new blood for professional job functions in middle and back office of the insurance industry.

WLP’s Features
Programme features: Student-worker will work 4 days and study 1 day a week (Professional Diploma in Insurance at QF Level 4, tuition fee sponsored by employer), guaranteed monthly remuneration to student-worker (paid by employer), monthly allowance (granted by the Gov’t), overseas exchange opportunity etc.

Eligible Applicant of WLP
Ÿ   Resident of HKSAR; and
Ÿ   Bachelor Degree Holder; or Higher Diploma Holder with more than one year work experience
